The summer rolls full speed ahead with a very busy schedule of shows all around the state. With lots of outdoor concerts and festivals on tap to go along with my regular stops at Cascarelli's and the Hard Knock Grill. The Summer concert at the Cascade falls is always very special and I'm also looking forward to playing around the area in Brooklyn, Ypsilanti, Blissfield and Trenton. As always the schedule is always evolving so remember to check back here and your local entertainment listings for updates..

Monday July 5th - The Lakeshore Fireworks Festival - Ypsilanti, MI 2:00 p.m. - This is another new festival for me. The last minute addition came about after I fielded a call about adding another day to the festival. Woo hoo!
Wednesday July 7th - Cascade Waterfalls Jackson, MI 7:30 - I am so pleased to be back as a part of the seasons family night concerts at the beautiful Cascade waterfalls. This show is always a highlight of the Summer season so bring the whole family.

Friday July 9th - The River Raisin Festival - Dockside stage 5:00 -7:30 Blissfield, MI
Saturday July 10th - The Trenton Mid-Summer Festival - Trenton, MI -2:30 - 3:30 Main Stage - Taking the show to the main stage at one of the Berkemeier family's favorite festival stops of the Summer.

Thursday July 15th - The Arts In The Park Concert Series - Brooklyn, MI Swain Memorial Park 7:00 - 8:30 - the river side at Swain Memorial Park provides a perfect setting for a Summer concert and I'm pleased to be back as a part of this wonderful series again this year.

Jackson Citizen Patriot Pod-cast
I recently sat down with Jackson Citizen Patriot entertainment writer Bill Chapin to record a pod-cast for their web page. Talking music with Bill was a lot of fun and I think he did a good job of putting together a few of the best parts and captured the story behind and a live recording of "The Seventh Son". Congratulations Cascarelli's!!!
Congratulations to Jim Cascarelli and his entire family and staff as they celebrate 100 years in business. I have had the good fortune to play at many area establishments and can tell you that there is no one nicer and more fun to work with than Jim. I have been lucky to work with him since my very early days as a solo artist. Getting to know Jim, Nancy, Dana Erin and Matt has been one of the true unexpected treasures that my music has given me. If you know the Cascarellis than you know what I am talking about. If you don't, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit for great food and out of this world hospitality. Congratulations Cascarellis on your first 100 years and many happy returns.
